It looks like CAEL’s found another great link – our recent work with prior learning assessment (PLA) and LearningCounts.org goes hand-in-hand with the work done by CEOs for Cities, who now is offering a Talent Dividend Prize of $1 million to the city with the biggest jump in the number of postsecondary degrees. Since PLA raises postsecondary graduation rates and LearningCounts.org makes PLA available to students across the U.S., the collaboration between CAEL and CEOs for Cities will help cities and regions get their grad rates to a new high.
