Overarching Components

Up to this point, the report has discussed Overarching Components as they would appear chronologically in the process of creating a learning initiative. It is important to keep in mind that there are some activities that will be important to carry out throughout the analysis, design, and implementation process. One is to engage in Strategic Partnerships, particularly with employers and education and training providers. The other is Evaluation, a critical part of any initiative, and one that practitioners must address from the start to the end of the initiative.
