Announcing the 7th National Conference for Accelerated Programs in Higher Education: Today & Tomorrow: Accelerated Learning in the 21st Century, November 10-11, 2008. This year’s gathering will feature a revised format that is based on feedback from previous conference attendees, as well as critical input from the Conference & Workshop Program Development CAP Subcommittee that was established in 2007.
There will be two conference tracks at this year’s event:
Track 1: For participants newer to accelerated learning; and,
Track 2: For ‘veterans’ in accelerated learning. Also new this year will be a CAP Pre-Conference Workshop: Accelerated Learning 101. Pre-conference workshop content will include: Accelerated learning defined; Getting started - what you should know before implementing an accelerated degree program; Best practices in strategy and program development; Online/hybrid accelerated learning; How to best market a new accelerated program.
As in previous years, this conference will include a mixture of collaborative learning experiences, including roundtable sessions, a panel discussion, and interactive sessions featuring relevant topics and emerging trends in accelerated learning.
Please join us for this singular opportunity to collaborate with like-minded colleagues who are dedicated to advancing and advocating accelerated learning worldwide.
