CAEL has arranged a special conference room rate of $239 single/double occupancy, plus local and state occupancy taxes. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is 12:00 p.m. Guests arriving before check-in time will be accommodated as rooms become available. In order to avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.

Reservations must be made before October 11, 2010.
