Attract qualified employees early through high school pipeline programs
CAEL is working with companies that face skills shortages to encourage high school students to learn about and prepare for career paths in their industry. Through online learning, CAEL’s programs increase awareness among high school students of the jobs available and prepare them for entrance to the industry and for successful enrollment in industry-sponsored associate’s and bachelor’s degree programs.

CAEL helps develop and maintain alliances among companies in a specific sector to define workforce and skill development needs. We link these employer groups with colleges and high schools to create online and onsite degree and certificate programs to reach large numbers of future and incumbent workers. We leverage regional, state, and federal workforce development resources to build these programs.
