For prompt, accurate service when ordering, please provide
the following information:
- Title, ISBN, quantity, purchase order number
- Billing and shipping instructions (including any special
instructions)
- Kendall/Hunt account number (if any)
- Name and title of the person placing the order
Prices and Terms
Prices are subject to change without notice. To confirm prices,
please call 1- 800-228-0810 prior to placing your order. Payment
terms are net 30 days, F.O.B. Dubuque, Iowa.
CAEL organizational and institutional members, bookstores
and libraries receive a 20% discount. CAEL individual members
receive a 10% discount.
ISBNs
You can determine the International Standard Book Number (ISBN)
for any Kendall/Hunt product by adding the prefix 0-8403 or
0-7872 to the catalog number of each item. Please check the
product listings for accurate ISBN information.
Shipping and Handling
We fulfill most orders within 24 hours of entry. For schools,
we ship books as instructed. If no shipping instructions are
given, we determine the most appropriate method and ship accordingly.
For individual orders, shipping and handling charges are $4.00
for the first book and $.50 for each additional book.*Prices
do not include shipping and handling.
Damaged Books
Inspect your books as soon as they arrive. If books are damged
in transit, you must file a claim with the freight carrier.
Sales Tax
Kendall/Hunt is required to collect sales tax in the following
states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, LA, MA, MI,
MN, NJ, NY, PA, TN, TX, WI & Canada (GST). If you are
tax exempt, please submit your tax exempt certificate.
Individual Orders
For individual orders, we accept MasterCard, VISA, or American
Express. Orders may be subject to state sales tax. Shipping
and handling charges are $4.00 for the first book and $.50
for each additional book.
Kendall/Hunt Publishing Company ships merchandise worldwide.
International orders must be paid in American Dollars and
additional shipping charges estimated to cover the shipment
cost, prior to shipping.
