How Colleges & Universities Can Assist Returning Veterans –
A Webinar for CAEL Members
As a member of CAEL, you have the opportunity to participate in a webinar focused on returning Veterans. The webinar will take place on Tuesday, March 16, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Presenters will provide a general overview of who is eligible for veterans benefits and data about usage; the profile of the service members and the challenges they face when returning to school; the importance of advising/counseling specific to the veteran population and their families; and examples of some innovative responses from institutions of higher education for serving veterans.
