Claire Muth serves as a member of the Solutions Team, where she leads the design, implementation, and ongoing management of many of CAEL’s digital products and services. Her main area of focus is CAEL’s career navigation and pathways tools, including Exponential Pathways and Work Learn Earn. In her previous roles at CAEL, she designed and managed software solutions for the higher education and corporate marketplace.
Muth has extensive expertise in talent management lifecycle systems and workflows, competency framework development and alignment, and talent management platforms. Muth is also a PROSCI-certified Train-the-Trainer and leads Change Management initiatives and training for CAEL.
Muth holds bachelor’s degrees in Spanish and Management Information Systems, as well as a master’s degree in Business Administration, from the University of Georgia.
