It Pays to Be a College Grad

Americans with only high school diplomas represent only 34 percent of the workforce. This is the first time in our history that college grads have made up a larger slide of the labor market. According to a new report from the Center on Education and the Workforce at Georgetown University, of 11.6 million jobs created after the recession, 8.4 million went to those with at least a bachelor’s degree. And these grads are making decent money – more than $53,000 per year.
