In order to be able to provide learners an environment where diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) is to be realized, active participation for all learners must be prioritized. Learning experiences must be active in nature for two reasons:

  1. Active learning is more engaging, and it allows learners to grapple with new concepts, encouraging the integration of new knowledge
  2. Diversity, equity, and inclusion create a learning environment where all learners have a voice.

Join this webinar to learn from Laurie Pulido, CEO of Ease Learning, as she discusses approaches to designing courses and programs for adult learners that utilize pedagogy, technology and continuous improvement to support diversity, equity and inclusion and ensure that the needs of all learners are being met.  Participants will also receive a copy of the Ease Learning Rubric for Equitable Course Design.

Presented by Laurie Pulido, CEO, Ease Learning
