The Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL) has a focus on improving education-to-career pathways for adult learners. This session will showcase how they have partnered with Excelsior College and employers to identify what skills and competencies employers need and how they aligned these needs with education programs at Excelsior College. This panel will share the lessons learned during this project and recommendations for how to develop strong partnerships with employers.
