AI and other technologies are reworking the workforce landscape. Tracking the resulting changes can seem overwhelming. Fortunately, one of these changes is a growing awareness that strategic alignment among education and employment is not a luxury. It is a necessity. This mindset makes it much easier for the workforce ecosystem to adapt rather than simply react.
Connecting sometimes disparate dots is at the heart of CAEL’s mission. Bridging gaps between education and employment requires collaboration that scales individual efforts into collective impact that is greater than the sum of its parts.
