Operations Manager

Morgan Krauss is an experienced Client Relation Specialist with a demonstrated track record of conflict de-escalation and resolution. She is skilled in strategic planning, coaching, team building, marketing, and social media, with background knowledge and strength in building professional relationships. As Operations Manager at CAEL, Krauss oversees internal operations processes, information management, client relations, customer service, and contract administration.

Before CAEL, Krauss was the Court Clerk for Williamsville Village Court in New York State, a Coordinator, and Customer Care Professional at DiVal Safety Equipment, and worked as a Classroom Paraprofessional, then Executive Administrative Assistant at the Stanley G. Falk School in Buffalo, New York.

Krauss holds a Bachelor of Arts in history from the State University of New York at Fredonia and has begun an Initial/Professional Certification in Special Education from Daemen College.
