Regional Industry Partnership Director
Victoria Avramović joined CAEL in 2022, where she focuses her efforts on partnership project work that integrates workforce development organizations and other like-minded partners into private and public sector solutions that lead to economic mobility for all adults. Avramović is a passionate strategist and problem solver who enjoys bringing together complex ideas and varying viewpoints into cohesive and powerful plans that facilitate breaking down barriers and creating change while serving community and business needs. A skilled grant writer and developer of requests for proposal, she also uses program evaluation methods and process improvement methodologies to ensure accurate development and measurement of KPIs for initiatives and services. Her talents in innovative thinking also help her develop operations and service offerings that ensure a sustainable growth model.
Avramović most recently served as director of regional affairs at Cardinal Innovations HealthCare, where she acted as executive co-project manager for managed care organization realignment and consolidation. Prior to that, she was assistant director, community economic development for the Centralina Regional Council in Charlotte, NC, and she has held leadership roles at Verga Lighting and Core Audio Technologies. Avramović is a member of the International City/County Management Association and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC).
Avramović holds a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where she also earned her master’s degree in public administration. She also is a certified ScrumMaster® (SCM®). Avramović resides in Charlotte, NC.
