Regional Industry Partnership Director
Victoria Avramović is a passionate strategist and problem solver who enjoys bringing complex ideas and varying viewpoints together into cohesive and powerful plans that facilitate change while serving the community and business needs. As a skilled grant writer and developer of requests for proposals, she also uses program evaluation methods and process improvement methodologies to ensure accurate development and measurement of KPIs for initiatives and services. Her talents in innovative thinking also help her develop operations and service offerings that provide a sustainable growth model. Avramović joined CAEL in 2022, focusing her efforts on partnership project work that integrates workforce development organizations and other like-minded partners into private and public sector solutions that lead to economic mobility for all adults.
Before CAEL, Avramović served as Director of Regional Affairs at Cardinal Innovations HealthCare, where she acted as executive co-project manager for managed care organization realignment and consolidation. She spent 13 years at Centralina Regional Council in Charlotte, NC, as the Assistant Director of Community Economic Development, overseeing the administration of federal, state, and local programmatic funding to support local and regional economic development planning and implementation.
Avramović is an active member of the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the International Economic Development Council (IEDC). She is also a certified ScrumMaster® (SCM®).
Avramović holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in sociology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
