The registration rate for the general program covers keynote sessions, concurrent sessions, luncheon and the Networking Happy Hour. Registration for pre-conference workshops requires an additional rate.

What should I expect for the Virtual Experience?

CAEL’s hybrid conference will provide virtual attendees access to livestreamed and pre-recorded presentations and workshops. We understand attending virtual is not the same as attending in person, but you will be able to enjoy the timely and relevant content both during and after the conference.

What to expect

CAEL is giving virtual attendees the ability to map your own experience at the 2024 CAEL Conference. We know you won't be able to attend every moment, but you will have access to live sessions and recorded sessions with the ability to view them when it is convenient for you. Closer to the event, you will receive a minute-by-minute schedule so you can design an experience that is custom to you.

Keynote Sessions

All of the keynote speakers will be streamed live for the virtual audience. Tune in each day to attend live keynotes and view recorded workshops. Catch the sessions you missed on-demand for up to 90 days after the event ends.

When is the registration deadline?

Register by September 30, 2024, to take advantage of Early Bird Rates. In-person registration closes on October 25, 2024. Any registrations after this date must occur on-site.

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event that registrants need to cancel their attendance, refunds minus a $65 administration fee will be issued for  cancellations received in writing on or prior to October 1, 2024. After this date, the conference fee (minus the $65 administration fee) may be applied to a future workshop or conference. No refunds will be made for cancellations occurring after October 1, 2024. If you are not able to attend, a substitution from your institution is welcome in your place at no additional charge.
