Bridging the Gap between Higher Education and Employers: Developing Curriculum Pathways

What does a higher education credential represent? Employers report that it is the responsibility of higher education institutions to prepare graduates for the workforce, yet research supports the lack of preparedness of graduates for employment, especially around soft-skill development.

Through the intentional design of the course and program outcomes, this workshop will assist in the development of graduate soft-skill attainment through employer collaboration.
