Ashley Faubion
Manager, Initiatives
Ashley Faubion joined CAEL in 2022. Faubion brings a wealth of experience and expertise in enrollment management, advising, retention, and student experience; all focused on improving career and college readiness. As Manager of Initiatives, she directly supports projects that help build better access and more straightforward navigation to and through educational pathways leading to economic mobility for adult learners.
Most recently, serving as a Client Diagnostic Specialist at InsideTrack, Faubion provided technical assistance to deliver and implement coaching programs to build enterprise-wide capacity and professional services with various institutions and organizations. Before joining InsideTrack, Faubion worked as a Partnership Account Specialist for FA Solutions, supporting students through financial aid counseling, admissions assistance, and retention. She and her team worked through school partners to provide students with high-level, easy-to-reach contact support. Faubion also has held roles at the Florida Institute of Technology, Rollins College, Salisbury University, and Technical College of the Lowcountry.
Faubion holds a master’s degree in higher education and policy studies from the University of Central Florida, where she also earned a bachelor’s degree in hospitality and event management.
