For more than 50 years, CAEL has focused on the adult learner. We measure success on whether adults have an equitable opportunity in obtaining credentials and skills that lead to well-paying jobs, and a high quality of life. We recognize that military-connected learners are a unique sub-population of adult learners -and we deliver services uniquely positioned for their opportunities.
