    Webinar on Serving Adult Students

The Adult Learning Focused Institution (ALFI) tools are a pair of survey instruments (Institutional Self Assessment Survey and Adult Learning Inventory) that work together to help you uncover what is important to your adult learners and how well your institution is helping them succeed.

Learn about ALFI tools and how some of your colleagues have used the tools and implemented changes at their institutions to improve their adult learner programs.

CAEL aims to help every college and university become an ALFI - one that offers specialized services to meet the unique needs of adult students. To achieve this goal, we have developed comprehensive principles and assessment tools that you can use to assess and improve your adult student services.
