Modernizing and Investing in Workforce Development

In March, then-incoming CAEL President Earl Buford coauthored a paper with Larry Good, president and CEO of Corporation for a Skilled Workforce, a policy and systems change nonprofit organization that catalyzes nationwide transformative change across workforce, education, economic, and community development through research and action. The paper, Modernizing and Investing in Workforce Development, is part of a series from the Better Employment and Training Strategies (BETS) coalition, a volunteer group of more than 40 leaders from policy and practice organizations.
