Having recently concluded its inaugural Latino Student Success Academy, CAEL is partnering on another initiative to support adult and Latino students. During the five-year program, CAEL will collaborate with InsideTrack, a national student success coaching nonprofit and fellow Strada Collaborative member, to increase enrollment and completion rates among Latino and adult learners at Waubonsee Community College. CAEL’s work will include enhancing the use of credit for prior learning, which saves students time and money while increasing completion. The program is made possible by a $3 million grant awarded through Title V of the federal Higher Education Act.
