Digital Marketing Manager
Rick Weber joined CAEL in 2022. As manager of digital marketing, he guides the strategic implementation of key digital marketing and communications directives to promote CAEL’s brand, amplify marketing and thought leadership content, and support CAEL’s membership activities. A highly organized, creative, software-savvy marketing leader, Weber also oversees CAEL’s social media platforms, email communications, and website.
Specializing in strategic marketing that delivers high-growth results, he also brings extensive content development expertise to this role for CAEL, and has a strong drive to make a positive difference in peoples’ lives, particularly in the postsecondary education space.
Weber most recently served as marketing and communications specialist for Krauss-Maffei Corporation, where he directed all communications, email marketing, public relations, advertising, brand management, and other marketing efforts for North America, while also collaborating with the company’s global marketing team in Munich, Germany on several successful marketing plans and projects.
Weber is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University and holds a bachelor’s degree in English.
