Robin Farabee-Siers
Director, Member Engagement
Robin Farabee-Siers joined CAEL in 2022. As director of member engagement, she focuses on new member recruitment by expanding CAEL’s member workforce and economic development organizations, postsecondary education institutions, employers and industry organizations, and individual stakeholders that are focused on supporting adult learners and linking learning and work.
Farabee-Siers most recently served as Coordinator at the JFCS Career Development Center in Pittsburgh, which delivers holistic group and individual career services to those experiencing career transitions. She also held operational management positions with Concord Hospitality Enterprises, served as a research assistant at the University of Sydney and University of Pittsburgh, and she was a Mariam K. Chamberlain Fellow in Women & Public Policy at the Institute for Women’s Policy Research in Washington, DC.
Farabee-Siers earned her bachelor’s degree in religious studies from the University of Pittsburgh. She completed additional studies at the University of Jordan and at the Middle East Technical University in Turkey. She resides in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area.
